  • Self- and team awareness are the foundations to boost team efficiency. We make the team aware of the importance of this, and provide guidelines and ways to enhance effectiveness in their way of working

  • Interaction is central to our approach in bringing out the knowledge of the group. We create an environment where everyone feels safe to express themselves in a way that feels most comfortable for them. Therefore, we are not in favor of role-playing but rather working in breakout sessions in small groups.
