Meet Gert

Throughout my 28-year career, I built up an extensive experience by working in various companies across multiple industries. The people I worked with at DiverseyLever, Miele, Niko, Smeg and Gavra played a crucial role in helping me acquire the knowledge I have today.

Different roles - from Sales Manager to Sales Director, and CEO for the last 9 years - inspired me to create Pivot4Business.

Helping talents develop themselves and providing them the right tools and guidance for further excellence is my mission statement.

Meet Jan

Jan is the driving force behind BlueCliff & Partners. He gained a lot of experience in managing people and teams; as an officer in the para commandos he learned the directive and coaching aspect of leadership in a very surprising way.

Then he was successful in sales, both in family businesses and in a stock market listed environment. He made a career as sales manager and eventually ended his previous career as General Manager of the Belgian branch of the stock market listed company CRH.

Jan achieves results through his driven approach, which he also shaped as a recognized martial arts coach.
